Duties & Responsibilities- Implement and execute restaurant operations with precision and efficiency
- Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and maintain our brand image
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
- Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient, and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant
- Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating various activities, such as hiring and training, scheduling, and guest requirements
- Control stocks for daily use in restaurants to ensure service requirements are met
