Experience Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Experience Manager to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners in creating and executing dynamic brand events and experiences across the APAC business.
Key Responsibilities- Create vision and strategy for Events and Experiences
- Design experiential concepts and tactics that deliver into brand objectives
- Expertise in event planning, execution, and reconciliation
- Project manage, lead and execute large-scale events across APAC
- Inspire, enroll and coach cross-functional and market teams on event execution
- Manage relationships with event agencies and third-party suppliers
- Develop integrated marketing strategy for brand experiences and projects
- Work with digital teams to activate experiences connecting in-store and digital experience
- Accountable for budget, KPIs and event analysis and reconciliation
- 7+ years' experience in experiential marketing
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence in complex matrix environments
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
- Creative and strategic thinking with a proven track record of delivery
- Self-motivated with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Mastery in enrolling and collaborating with others
