Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our European Regional Financial Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the calendar of senior management, arranging meeting schedules, and handling human resources tasks such as working visa applications. Additionally, they will be involved in accounting duties like bookkeeping, AR, AP, and payroll, as well as maintaining licenses and certificates in Hong Kong and China. The role also requires preparing reports for senior management and providing personal assistance as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess a degree in any discipline, with a focus on accounting studies or relevant bookkeeping experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior management in sizable companies is essential, with excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing is also required. Good communication skills, organizational abilities, self-motivation, flexibility, and independence are highly valued.
