Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for financial growth, focusing on plans for an IPO and exploring both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Support business planning and facilitate financing activities, including equity offerings, bond issuances, and hybrid transactions.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of company profiles and perform extensive market research; create business cases, financial models, and valuations.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder reports, including materials for the board, investment committees, and shareholder communications.
  • Ensure successful integration and performance following transactions.
  • Presents M&A, financing, and other strategic opportunities to the Board and senior management.
  • Leads project teams, coordinating efforts from inception to completion with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works closely with legal teams to draft and review transaction documents, providing essential insights on commercial terms.
  • Contributes to company initiatives related to insurance-linked securities, such as reinsurance sidecars and catastrophe bonds.
  • Supports various ad-hoc strategic initiatives assigned by management.
