Job Description: A Logistics Manager position has become available at an international organization specializing in the global distribution of electronic products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on shipment coordination with overseas clients and vendors, managing a full set of export/import documents, coordinating with 3PL forwarders, preparing shipment schedules and monthly reports, and tracking shipment status to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Shipments Coordination: Provide support on shipment coordination with international clients and vendors.
  • Export/Import Document Handling: Manage a full set of export/import documents, including L/C checking and C/O application.
  • Coordination with 3PL Forwarders: Liaise with third-party logistics forwarders to coordinate shipments and negotiate costs.
  • System Management: Prepare shipment schedules and monthly reports, and maintain the company's SAP system.
  • Shipment Status Tracking: Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Hold a degree or associate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Shipping Experience: Possess 4-5 years of experience in shipping.
  • Sea Freight Arrangement Experience: Have solid experience in arranging sea freight and processing L/C.
  • Experience in Multinational Trading or Manufacturing Company: Have experience working in multinational trading or manufacturing companies.
  • Personal Qualities: Be well-organized, cheerful, self-initiative, and responsible.
  • Languages: Possess good communication skills in English and conversational Putonghua.
  • Computer Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Immediate Availability: Immediate availability is advantageous.
