You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Key job responsibilities
  • Receiving, stowing and picking, packaging and shipping, sorting and counting of parts
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and availability
  • Coordination with internal customers, vendors and procurement team for optimal inventory level
  • Storage facility management and administration
A day in the life
  • Work on part requests from different technician teams and supply chain stakeholders
  • Manage courier vendors to deliver or pick up shipments
  • Stow parts according to requirements and make allocation, pack and dispatch parts for transfer
  • Review stock level and keep an accurate record for all attributes in inventory systems
  • Administer warehouse and datahalls to ensure parts stay at the right place
  • Return faulty parts and dispose obsolete inventory with vendors
  • 9 to 6 weekday work at data center with technicians as the only Logistics Specialist per site
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of working experience, willingness to perform regular physical tasks of receiving, stowing, picking, packing and shipping
  • Understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory and warehousing practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, willingness to work in different site locations upon request
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse operations, relevant Educational Background in Logistics or Supply Chain, and Bachelor Degree
  • Experience with inventory management systems, inventory reporting, experience with Remedy or similar ticketing operations
  • Experience with process documentation
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and data center
  • Understanding of safe manual handling
