Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager Assistant to join our team at the Bank of Singapore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in client service, operations or sales support and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain systems and controls to ensure the Bank complies with rules and regulations in accordance with SFC Code of Conduct and HKMA guidelines.
  • Observe BOS policies and regulations at all times, including code of conduct, suitability, cross-border restrictions and relevant ordinances of HK and Singapore.
  • Understand the risk profile of clients and act as a gatekeeper to ensure full compliance of sales processes.
  • Keep client profiles and documentation complete, accurate and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to the team's compliance standards by briefing new team members on key procedures.
Competence Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-8 years' related experience in client service, operations or sales support.
  • Understanding of basic financial products and services is essential.
  • Knowledge in credit, sales and marketing is preferable.
  • Analytical, meticulous and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential for handling Greater China Markets.
