The APAC Learning Deployment Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Aon's colleagues by delivering impactful and high-quality strategic learning programs across the region. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning Deployment, this position is an integral part of the Talent Development team.

About the Role

This dynamic individual will be responsible for implementing and executing the Learning & Development strategy, focusing on deploying annual APAC learning delivery calendars that align with global and regional priorities. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders, including the Learning Design Manager, Head of Colleague Experience, and Country/Lead People Partners, to discover and gather additional learning needs.
