Job Title: Marketing Communications Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Lead to spearhead our overall brand, marketing, and communications strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, this in-house role will be responsible for elevating our brand presence and positioning across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee our comprehensive digital ecosystem, including our website, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and owned media outlets
  • Develop and execute engaging, cross-channel content strategies to enhance our brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Secure high-profile speaking opportunities for our senior management team at industry conferences, summits, and events
  • Proactively pitch and secure media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership placements for our leadership
  • Identify and facilitate our involvement in relevant industry associations, business networks, and communities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 marketing and PR professionals to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and PR efforts, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Uphold and strengthen our brand image, DNA, and values in all marketing and communications activities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and PR strategies with our overall business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in PR, marketing, or branding, preferably in the technology, luxury, or consumer retail sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or equivalent proficiency)
  • Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and building strong media relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of marketing and PR professionals
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management platforms
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute data-driven brand-building plans
  • International vision and exposure, with a deep understanding of global business dynamics
  • Passion for storytelling and leveraging technology to drive brand growth and engagement
