Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert IT support services: Offer comprehensive technical assistance to VIP clients, addressing their queries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve complex technical issues with various hardware and software platforms, including PC, Mobile, Tablet, and iPad.
- Schedule Meeting Support: Prepare for and participate in meetings, ensuring smooth IT support services.
- Flexible Support Services: Offer flexible IT support at client-designated locations and timeframes, including evenings and weekends.
- Candidates Requirements: Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related field; minimum 4 years of I.T experience with solid VIP support background.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in the I.T sector, with solid VIP support expertise.
- Proficiency in PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support.
- Familiarity with Windows 7, 10, Apple OSX, Android, and iOS-based applications.
- Solid experience in deskside IT support, preferably.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work overtime when necessary.
- Eligible for shift allowance when required to work shifts.
