Description:


You will report directly to the Team Head and be responsible for accelerating the acquisition of new corporate and SME accounts to drive business growth, including CASA, FX, operating flow, insurance, and investment, in line with the Bank's commercial Account Acquisition Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and engage trustworthy referral sources to tap into referrals from selective firms in a timely and satisfactory manner, providing high-quality services under a robust customer screening and acceptance process.
  • Explore business opportunities from existing non-borrowing accounts and deepen relationships with SME clients.
  • Implement a stringent KYC process, ensuring detailed and thorough completion of CDD/EDD to facilitate new account opening processes and minimize compliance issues.
  • Capture deposit, FX, cash management, insurance, and investment opportunities from non-borrowing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with other bank units to ensure optimal cash product offerings and delivery, compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in various marketing and sales campaigns to optimize customers' usage of Transaction Banking services.
  • Identify business opportunities and assess customers' needs through product innovation or enhancement.
  • Assist with customer account opening and related maintenance work.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related fields.
  • HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with a proven track record in cash management and Transaction Banking development.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Managers.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with PRC clients.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of channels, cash management, and branch services.
  • General understanding of banking operations and bill services.
  • Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience dealing with referral sources from Accountancy or Solicitor Firms, and knowledge of customer account opening, are definite advantages.
