Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
About the RoleThe primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting Relationship Managers in providing efficient and quality service to clients
- Assisting Relationship Managers in handling referrals from different business parties and finding suitable solutions for clients
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborating with various functional teams to ensure seamless account operations
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- A good understanding of general banking products and services, as well as proficiency in using bank operating systems like CRM
- An awareness of credit assessment and operations approval processes is advantageous but not essential
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with knowledge of Putonghua being an asset
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
