This role will involve supporting IFP Claims and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in claims management.

· Experience in life insurance claims is a plus.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing.

· Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

· Oversee various initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Analyze business challenges and propose effective solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

· Adjudicate a variety of claims for individual products, managing complex claims and appeals to ensure smooth resolutions.

· Conduct internal training sessions for claims adjudicators on topics such as appeal handling, effective communication, and compliance with regulatory standards.

· Prepare comprehensive claims management reports and statistical analyses.

· Review and update claims policies and procedural manuals.

· Undertake special projects or assignments as needed.
