About the Position

This Sales Manager position requires a candidate with Payment Solution experience to drive sales growth through strategic planning and team leadership, focusing on customer acquisition and sales performance improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement sales strategies to engage customers and expand customer base aggressively.
  • Talent Leadership: Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and provide training on product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Daily Operations Management: Monitor and handle daily sales operations closely.
  • Deal Closure: Prospect new customers, explore ways to reach target customers, and conduct face-to-face presentations leading to deals.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and analysis reports.
Qualifications
  • A degree holder with at least 5 years' sales experience, preferably in the payment solution industry.
  • Knowledge of online media and the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills.
  • Independent, able to work under pressure, presentable, aggressive, and result-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
