Main Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement sales strategies to engage customers and expand customer base aggressively.
- Talent Leadership: Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and provide training on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Daily Operations Management: Monitor and handle daily sales operations closely.
- Deal Closure: Prospect new customers, explore ways to reach target customers, and conduct face-to-face presentations leading to deals.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and analysis reports.
- A degree holder with at least 5 years' sales experience, preferably in the payment solution industry.
- Knowledge of online media and the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills.
- Independent, able to work under pressure, presentable, aggressive, and result-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
