Administrative Services Coordinator

Talent Nexus Co. is seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Implement and manage administrative processes, including document control and filing systems.
- Provide HR support, including recruitment, payroll, and staff attendance.
- Coordinate company events and activities; assist in internal training and policy implementation.
- Support the Manager and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR & Admin or Secretary roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and fluent in both written and spoken English (N1) and Japanese.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position.
