Classy Wheeler Limited is a major media company in Hong Kong with a strong focus on digital innovation. As our UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading the UX Designer team, providing guidance and direction to other designers, and owning the user interface design and user experience of all products. The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher diploma in Web, Multimedia and Graphic Design or related disciplines, and minimum 6 years relevant working experience in UX and UI design for websites and/or mobile applications.

Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a design guideline for web layouts and mobile applications interface
- Developing creative concepts and ideas, directing the team to convert them into wireframes, workflow diagrams, screenflow diagrams, UI specification and visual design
- Working closely with Product Managers and stakeholders from other departments to understand project requirements
- Maintaining knowledge of design trends and assisting with implementation of design innovations

The successful candidate will also have proficiency in graphic and interactive design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, Zeplin, Photoshop, or Illustrator, and knowledge in website or mobile application development, data-driven interface design, responsive, mobile and app design, and excellent communication skills.
