Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our Accelerating Wealth Programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through effective wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their short- and long-term financial goals.
- Manage an active portfolio of clients, regularly reviewing their financial needs and tailoring product and service to meet their needs.
- Acquire new clients by understanding their needs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct wealth reviews and deliver customer financial solutions to help clients grow, manage, and preserve their wealth.
- Consistently deliver high-quality, personalized service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work with product expert teams to refer and cross-offer potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth.
- Ensure achievement of business performance targets while upholding the bank's policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment and relationships that maximize team performance and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong transferable skills, including connectivity, communicating with impact, growth mindset, data literacy, critical thinking, and design thinking.
- Have a high level of customer-centricity mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.
- Meet the eligibility criteria, which includes a university-level education or relevant work experience.
