We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited.

Job Summary

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing partnerships that drive campaign awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution skills to create and implement co-marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including brands, influencers, and other relevant entities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Co-Marketing Campaigns
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Collaborate with partners to design and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Innovative Strategies: Develop creative and innovative marketing strategies that leverage the strengths of both parties.
Concierge-Level Service Quality Control
  • Service Quality Monitoring: Act as the primary point of contact for our campaign concierge service provider to monitor service quality and ensure the concierge offers bespoke recommendations, exclusive offers, and curated experiences to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing Materials Production: Plan and produce appealing marketing materials, including flyers, posters, videos, brochures, and visuals that promote the campaign.
Exclusive Events and Experiences
  • Event Organization: Organize and manage exclusive events, product launches, and VIP experiences for high-value clients.
  • Collaboration and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Team Alignment: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Performance Analysis
  • Data Tracking and Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Budget Management
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the partnership marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or a related role.
  • Skills and Qualities: Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing partnerships. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
