Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Change Management to enhance the effectiveness of our Technology Change Management team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level operational support and strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of change management initiatives, coordinating resources, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless transitions, high user adoption, and sustained engagement with new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Change Management Specialist to design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for various digital transformation projects.
  • Oversee daily change management operations, including communication initiatives, training sessions, stakeholder engagement workshops, and resistance management strategies.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned change management activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Change Management Analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze data on change management progress, identifying areas for enhancement and reporting key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Prioritize workloads effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges associated with change implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, promoting a collaborative environment for change.
  • Advocate for the significance of change management within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources) with over 5 years of experience in project or change management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing change management initiatives, preferably within a large and complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Change Management Analysts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and resolve challenges during change implementation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and managing group dynamics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for digital transformation and the ability to inspire others to embrace change.
  • Knowledge of the global insurance industry and technology risk regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
