Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Change Management to enhance our Technology Change Management team during our transformative digital journey. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential operational support and strategic direction, ensuring the successful execution of change management initiatives. Your efforts will facilitate seamless transitions, promote high user adoption, and maintain ongoing engagement with our innovative technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Change Management Specialist to design and implement thorough change management strategies for various digital transformation projects.
  • Oversee daily change management operations, including communication strategies, training initiatives, stakeholder engagement sessions, and managing resistance.
  • Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned change management tasks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Change Management Analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze data on change management progress, identifying improvement areas and reporting critical metrics to senior leadership.
  • Prioritize and manage workloads effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges related to change implementation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, fostering a collaborative environment for change.
  • Advocate for the significance of change management within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources) with over 5 years of experience in project or change management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing change management initiatives, preferably in a large and complex organization.
  • Strong grasp of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Change Management Analysts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify and address challenges during change implementation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and managing group dynamics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for digital transformation and the ability to inspire others to embrace change.
  • Knowledge of the global insurance industry and technology risk regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
