What you will do:

  1. Develop and cultivate local and international entertainment products for Hong Kong and Macau, including music concerts, art exhibitions, festivals, sports, and leisure events, to maximize their sales potential on our platform.
  2. Manage and improve our event ticketing system, following industry trends and consumer behavior, in collaboration with our central tech team.
  3. Develop a clear entertainment and event vertical strategy, acquisition tactics, and P&L structure through data analytics to increase our market share and maximize business revenue.
  4. Design entertainment and event products that can be combined with inbound or outbound travel products to maximize business opportunities with the new travel norm.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, tech, and other vertical teams, to create an optimized product promotion plan and maximize sales potential while providing the best product experiences and operations efficiency to customers.
  6. As a key member of the HKBU leadership team, build and shape the culture of the BU to inherit Klook's values.

What you will need:

  1. 6+ years of work experience, including 2-3+ years in the entertainment and event industry, preferably with previous experience as a venue or event organizer, ticketing, record labels, and artists management related brands with key responsibility on business development.
  2. A good track record of leadership in event and ticketing system management.
  3. Strong industry network, commercial sense, analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and mature interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong leadership and coaching ability to lead and transform a versatile and dynamic entertainment and event team.
  5. Strong negotiator, relationship, and rapport builder both internally and externally.
  6. Start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  7. Business language proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
