Our company has a strong presence in the sensor market, particularly in emerging regions such as ASEAN and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends, especially in ASEAN and the Middle East
* Stay updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product benefits to customers

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
* 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong business acumen and industry expertise
* Knowledge of sensor applications in automotives, home electrical appliances, industrial control, office automation, and intelligent security
* Understanding of market dynamics in ASEAN, the Middle East, and other emerging markets
