We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Slope Projects business unit in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a group of professional engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of engineers to develop and implement effective project strategies.
  • Oversee the P&L of the business unit and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and deliver short-term and long-term service line strategies.
  • Act as a decision-maker for project management teams, ensuring that alternative execution strategies are properly evaluated.
  • Responsible for annual strategic and financial planning, enforcing and exceeding established goals.
  • Coordinate and advise on significant project risks.
  • Drive the team for development, improvement, compliance, and monitoring of Project Management procedures and processes.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between parties to ensure projects are on schedule.
Candidate Specifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering or an equivalent discipline. You should also have at least 15 years of experience in project management and delivery in geotechnical engineering or civil disciplines.

  • Degree qualified in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering or equivalent disciplines.
  • 15+ years of project management and delivery experience in geotechnical engineering or civil discipline.
  • Holder of RPE (G) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with slope and government projects.
  • Experience working in a similar matrix reporting organization.
  • Good English communication and writing skills.
