Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to enhance our expanding Professional Services division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive and experience in Cloud-based and Software as a Service implementations.

Successful applicants will be dynamic professionals with excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with our front-office team and back-office team to maximize value for our clients. We expect exceptional attention to detail from all members of the Asite team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a growing team of Professional Services consultants in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Lead the implementation of new Asite customer projects.
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-structured presentations.
  • Ensure comprehensive plans are established for each engagement, including deployment, change management, and adoption strategies.
  • Communicate implementation status, challenges, risks, and resource requirements clearly.
  • Establish and supervise the initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to ensure a solid foundation during the initial rollout.
  • Manage and guide the Professional Services team in addressing client concerns.
  • Understand customer use cases and requirements, applying Asite best practices accordingly.
  • Organize and occasionally lead training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Create documentation for both external and internal purposes.
  • Identify sales opportunities within current client accounts.
  • Coordinate product and application releases from the client side.
  • Define solutions and provide functional documentation to the Professional Services Manager.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales leads in the region to enhance existing customer revenue and forge new business relationships.
  • Deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Identify business development and additional sales opportunities.
  • Direct the Professional Services team in preparing proposals, including project scoping.

KEY SKILLS

  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in the IT/technology sector.
  • Ability to manage and oversee overall project implementation from both process and systems perspectives.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent presentation skills are essential.
  • Background in the AEC industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to innovate in business contexts.
  • Willingness to travel as project needs arise.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
