We are seeking a Senior Consultant to enhance our expanding Professional Services division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Cloud technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a growing team of Professional Services consultants in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Spearhead new customer implementations for Asite.
  • Deliver compelling, informative, and well-structured presentations.
  • Ensure a comprehensive plan is established for each engagement, covering deployment, change management, and adoption strategies.
  • Communicate implementation progress, challenges, risks, and required efforts clearly.
  • Facilitate the customer's initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to establish a solid foundation during the rollout phase.
  • Lead the Professional Services team in addressing client concerns.
  • Grasp customer use cases and requirements, applying Asite best practices accordingly.
  • Organize and occasionally conduct training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Create documentation for both external and internal purposes.
  • Identify potential sales leads from existing clients.
  • Coordinate product releases on the client side.
  • Define solutions and provide functional documentation to the Professional Services Manager.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate closely with regional Sales leads to enhance revenue from existing customers and cultivate new business relationships.
  • Present to prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and additional sales.
  • Guide the Professional Services team in preparing proposals, including project scoping.

KEY SKILLS

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in the IT/technology sector.
  • Ability to manage and direct project implementation from both process and systems perspectives.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent presentation skills are essential.
  • Background in the AEC industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to innovate in business contexts.
  • Willingness to travel as project needs arise.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
