As a key member of the foodpanda team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch training to restaurant staff on using our devices and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for restaurant staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in using our devices and operational procedures.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and requests from our vendors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage inventory and update asset records on our internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- University graduate or current university student with a strong academic record.
- Excellent communication skills and language proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Prior experience in customer service, hotline, or service center operations is highly desirable.
- Strong sense of responsibility, efficiency, and proactive issue-raising skills.
- Ability to work at least two days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM).
