Customer Service Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service across various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, walk-in customers, and live chat. This role requires a customer-centric individual with strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Participate in operational projects to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service operations, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
  2. Strong knowledge of life and medical insurance products, particularly in digital delivery.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Cantonese speaker with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  5. Holding of IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5.
