Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Manager - Unsecured Lending Strategist to join our team in this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing acquisition channel capability and efficiency for unsecured lending products, supporting the formulation of credit card and personal loan acquisition and commercialization strategies, and driving business outcomes through effective project management.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize Acquisition Channel Capability: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of our unsecured lending product acquisition channels, ensuring we meet our business targets.
  • SUPPORT FORMULATION OF CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL LOAN ACQUISITION STRATEGIES: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategies that drive new business growth, increase sales performance, and ensure satisfactory customer experience.
  • MANAGE ACQUISITION COST: Analyze and optimize acquisition costs for different unsecured lending products, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining business performance.
  • DRIVE BUSINESS OUTCOMES: Implement initiatives to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, project management skills, self-driven, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines.
