About the Technology and Operations Department

The Technology and Operations division comprises five specialized teams focused on business partnership, technology integration, operational efficiency, risk governance, and planning support services. Our collaborative efforts leverage technology to enhance both physical and digital banking services, ensuring streamlined operations across Singapore and international branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily operational support in Corporate Cash Management.
  • Execute corporate cash transactions, including fixed deposit placements, cheque processing, payroll services, electronic clearings, and internal transfers, adhering to established service standards.
  • Refer any discrepancies or exceptions to relevant business units and ensure timely follow-up for necessary clarifications and approvals.
  • Investigate account reconciliation discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments promptly.
  • Report operational challenges and outstanding transactions or reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
  • Address inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding corporate cash transactions.
  • Compile management information reports and provide administrative support, including daily documentation, monthly records management, and maintenance of archives.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory standards, and operational risk management frameworks.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, business continuity drills, and various ad hoc projects or assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate cash management role, preferably within an international banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate cash operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
  • ECF qualification is an advantage.
