JPC TEXSON LTD is a leading FMCG importer, marketer, wholesaler, brand manager, and distributor with a long history in Hong Kong.

We represent over 30 food & beverage brands from the US, Europe, and Asia, catering to various clients across department stores, supermarket chains, key chain stores, convenience stores, hotels, high-end restaurants, catering, and general trade clients in Hong Kong.

Main products include dried fruits & nuts, canned food, confectionery, coffee & tea, pasta & olive oil, etc.

Key Account Manager Role Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts focusing on supermarket chains, department stores, and chain stores, ensuring strong customer relationships, achieving sales & gross profit targets, and coordinating with the brand team for inventory management and promotional plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Sales Director
  • Work within a Sales team of 6 members
  • Manage key accounts, focusing on supermarket chains, department stores, and chain stores
  • Handle daily account management and build strong relationships with customers
  • Formulate and implement promotional plans for key accounts
  • Achieve sales and gross profit targets for key account channels
  • Collaborate with the brand team to review stock inventory and ensure high customer service levels
  • Responsible for periodic channel forecasts, sales performance, and margin analysis

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a tertiary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in FMCG, including key accounts management experience. Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is HKD $600,000 - HKD $800,000 depending on experience.
