- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on information and data management.
- Skills: Strong self-motivation, organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business, operation, and technology teams.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of digital messaging technology, hands-on experience with content development lifecycle, and proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, and Pega.
