About the Role

The People Insights Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the creation of sophisticated analytics solutions to address organizational challenges.

This includes applying data-driven insights to assist decision-making in human capital and talent retention, contributing to informed strategies across different business areas.

The role is also responsible for providing operational support and delivering standard reports on a periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, and statutory purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify issues and conceptualize analytics projects to address them.
  • Derive actionable insights from large and intricate datasets.
  • Design and deploy dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing analytics initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage data for HR people movements, including cross-business unit mobility and re-organization.
  • Maintain Senior Executive data on HRIS in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.
  • Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to upkeep data quality.
  • Collaborate with HR Teams across Business Units to ensure data accuracy of complex organization hierarchies and structures.
  • Maintain quality in terms of timeliness and accuracy for all transactions on HRIS.

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in handling data analytics and data maintenance in HR, preferably using the Workday system. Regional exposure would be an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Detailed, ability to deal with difficult, critical, and confidential issues.
  • Excellent skill in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Power BI).
