Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Officer, Markets Operations and Transformation - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Intmd Analyst - C11) based in Hong Kong. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee the successful execution of transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in transformation project planning and treasury products processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of settlement cycle concepts and procedures to resolve settlement issues.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Familiarizing themselves with treasury products and its processing flow with strong IT senses.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance controls and mitigate operations risks.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, setting milestones, and overseeing the successful execution of transformation projects.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles that may impede the progress of initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, teammates, technical teams, and external partners, to acquire support and collaboration.

  • A Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
