We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Lead B2B Marketing Strategist to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of global digital marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and enhancing performance metrics. In this pivotal role, you will oversee worldwide demand generation efforts, which encompass SEO, SEM, and Direct Email Marketing, while also crafting and executing a paid media strategy to boost our sales pipeline and meet organizational objectives.

Your expertise will be crucial in formulating and executing a holistic digital marketing approach that aligns with our strategic business aims and resonates with our varied clientele, both in established Employer of Record functions and emerging service offerings across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy and multi-channel demand generation campaigns across diverse markets and business sectors.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics and apply strategies to enhance return on investment.
  • Extract insights and critical learnings for creative materials based on performance analytics.
  • Refine existing tracking mechanisms to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of paid marketing efforts.

Budget & Project Oversight

  • Oversee the digital marketing and paid advertising budget.
  • Collaborate closely with our agency partners to assess the ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize marketing expenditures.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Deliver regular and on-demand reports on demand generation activities.
  • Convey essential insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaboration:

  • Engage with sales and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new marketing materials.
  • Supervise agency efforts to execute all paid marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior B2B marketing position within an international context.
  • A minimum of 10 years in digital marketing and demand generation, with a proven history of achieving business outcomes through paid media and email marketing, including significant growth in qualified leads and sales pipelines.
  • Extensive knowledge of paid media marketing, particularly in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset to assess, optimize, and enhance the efficiency of digital campaigns, while evaluating market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Account-Based Experience (ABX) is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt and work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the Employer of Record or business services sector is highly desirable.
