About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Thakral One. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to drive business growth and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth and meet business targets.
  • Conduct regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Responsible for cards & loans product launches with thru-the-line activities across markets within Asia.
  • Collaborate with market teams, marketing, digital and others in launching new products or product refresh
  • Drive channel initiatives and develop marketing assets to help drive incremental NTB volume for all key product launches / refreshes
  • KPIs: Campaign effectiveness & ROI, brand equity performing metrics, New cards acquisition momentum, customer activation and retention metrics and other business targets in driving revenues

Requirements:

  • Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of unsecured asset businesses e.g. credit card, payment, personal loans.
  • Have in-depth experience in managing retail Credit Cards Marketing Strategy and Communications planning experience, including demonstrable success in developing and delivering strategic marketing plans and multi-channel high profile marketing communications programs.
  • Solid understanding of both online and offline marketing & comms. Disciplines.
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented in managing product launches, a good grasp of marketing budget, creative ideation, media planning, 3rd party vendors management.
  • Retail banking experience in APAC region, familiarity with large bank environment.
  • Strategic leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, clear results orientation to transform the business.
  • Innovative and out-the-box mindset
  • Get it done together mindset and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, customer, and partner relationship skills.
  • Strong influencing skills navigating in matrixed environments.
