A fast-growing Insurance Company is looking for a high-calibre Sales professional to manage Bancassurance for the Macau Region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive bancassurance business and support bank partners in achieving sales targets.
- Provide on-site sales support to bancassurance business, including handling new business applications and post-sales service administration.
- Plan and execute Sales Incentive Campaigns and Marketing Activities for Bank Partners.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3 years of experience in insurance sales support.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products.
- IIQE Paper I & III passed.
- Proven success in driving sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, independent, and customer-oriented.
- Proficient in both written English and Chinese.
- Frequent travel to Macau is a must, or Macau resident is preferred.
