Bancassurance Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our bancassurance efforts, driving strategic partnerships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute bancassurance strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Facilitate partnership meetings and committees to oversee business performance and implement planned initiatives.
  • Explore opportunities to deepen partnership collaboration, engaging with bank partners to drive growth.
  • Manage financial projections and partnership expenses, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop new bancassurance products and services, working closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Conduct market research, gather client feedback, and analyze data to refine existing and create new insurance solutions.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities, understanding profitability mix and mapping product propositions with target bank clients.
  • Develop product marketing launches, sales tools, and channel communications to fit into bank distribution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop messaging, marketing collateral, and sales enablement tools.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client segment needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities.
  • Launch targeted segment campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and co-branded products/services to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure partnership initiatives and advertisements adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Maximize partnership initiatives through online and offline advertising and social media platforms to increase media exposure.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on client proposition/segmentation/portfolio management/client incentives.
  • University degree in a business or marketing-related field.
  • Experience in the bancassurance field is preferred.
  • Good understanding of bancassurance business models and drivers.
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment.
  • Expertise in product proposition, development, strategic planning, and marketing communications.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving, data analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong logical sense and detail-minded.
