About the Role:

The Bank of China is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres, including data centre security and IT equipment access management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage data centre security, including data centre external maintenance vendors access management and IT equipment access management.
  • Conduct regular patrols of all data centre related zones, passages, entrance points, and exit points.
  • Report any abnormal data centre security issues to senior in-charge.
  • Perform regular security patrols of User IT equipment rooms located in various districts.
  • Adhere to instructions and arrangements from senior in-charge to carry out all security duties thoroughly.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure administration, particularly in data centre security.
  • Knowledge of basic data centre security related equipment operation, such as CCTV and access control.
  • Basic computer operation skills and knowledge of data centre equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
