Job Description
  • Reporting to the Regional Controller, you will assist in the preparation, generation, and review of financial statements, providing detailed variance commentary.
  • You will also support SAP coordination and other ad hoc projects.

In this function, you will:

  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and yearly budget excel templates for each Asia Pacific market.
  • Coordinate and consolidate APA markets budget and forecast to compile APA total consolidation.
  • Perform analysis during budget and forecast process.
  • Assist in preparing budget and forecasts PowerPoint presentation.
  • Validate system input and coordinate necessary follow-up with counterparts from local markets.
  • Review existing reporting and budgeting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining using available tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Query.
