Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Human Factors Consultant to join our team. As a Principal Human Factors Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on human factors and ergonomics to our clients. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are safe, efficient, and effective.

Requirements

  • University Degree with honors in Ergonomics/Human Factors;
  • Chartered Engineer preferable or equivalent qualifications/experience;
  • At least 10 years' post graduate experience;
  • Presentable, self-motivated and willing to actively contribute in all facets of consultancy business development and operation;
  • Experience in rail sector, international experience an advantage;
  • Experienced in Human Reliability Analysis, Ergonomic Study, THERP, Task and Workload Analysis, HEART, etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
