Recruitment and Payroll Assistant

We are seeking a Recruitment and Payroll Assistant to join our HR team at E.C Technology Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts, managing employee data, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Manage employee data, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including generating reports and performing other tasks as needed.
- Degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills a plus.
- Ability to start immediately a significant advantage.
