Role Overview:

  • Develop a comprehensive customer experience for our members, nurturing long-lasting relationships.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including face-to-face sales and promotional events.
  • Manage after-sales support, including policy confirmation calls and the up-/cross-selling of additional insurance products.
  • Meet established sales objectives.
  • Oversee various customer engagement projects and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle inquiries and enrollments from the Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform.
  • Generate regular performance reports and analyses for management review.
  • Execute other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday shifts based on business requirements; 40 hours per week.
  • Location: Mei Foo (accessible via public transport).

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service; experience as a tied agent is a plus.
  • Completion of IIQE Paper I & III (Paper II is preferred).
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Competence in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Recent graduates with the right attitude and a desire to build a sustainable career are also encouraged to apply.
