IT Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team at Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support services to our clients.
About the RoleThe IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner. This includes:
- Responding to service requests, incidents, and trends to ensure that events are handled successfully and within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Actively detecting recurring problems or service hazards and assisting in preventing them to enhance our internal procedures, operations, and customer service.
- Contributing expertise to the team and our self-service portals to aid in incident resolution.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on client satisfaction, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The role involves:
- Ensuring that projectors and other collaboration tools in the conference room are operating properly for smooth operations.
- Maintaining all devices, ensuring they are patched and running the most recent versions of the operating system, and fixing those that don't comply.
- Providing new or transferred users with phones, computers, and other required devices to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
- Reviewing IT asset stock levels regularly to ensure the storeroom has enough supplies and managing asset replacement.
- Overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Outstanding ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
- More than two years of experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 support position.
- Excellent client focus, identifying wants and coming up with solutions to satisfy them.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, specifically with Administration, Teams, Outlook, and Sharepoint.
- Strong working familiarity with desktop and laptop hardware and support for Windows and Linux.
- Familiarity with Endpoint Central and other IT asset management and automation tools.
- Support for audio-video and video conferences.
- Knowledge of issue tracking and resolution ticketing systems, such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, or comparable.
