We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Development Officer to join our team at City University of Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate internship programs and opportunities with external organizations from various industries;
- Coordinate internship-related scholarship programs and maintain university internship records for reporting;
- Liaise with academic units and promote internship job opportunities to students via CityU's job platforms;
- Organize and participate in employers' engagement events, such as career fairs and recruitment talks;
- Actively connect with organizations and corporate employers for internship and graduate employment opportunities;
- Coach junior team members on project implementation and daily work;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' relevant working experience in career services administration, student development, and/or talent acquisition/development;
- Experience in organizing recruitment talks, career events, and internship/graduate recruitment programs;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A highly competitive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience, including a fixed-term contract, gratuity, leave, medical, and dental schemes.
