Key Responsibilities- Internship Programme Management
- Manage a wide range of local and non-local internship programmes provided by external organisations from various industries;
- Coordinate internship-related scholarship programmes;
- Liaise with academic units and maintain University internship records for reporting;
- Employer Engagement
- Organise and participate in employers' engagement events (such as employers' luncheon, career fairs, recruitment talks, and other career-related events and initiatives);
- Actively connect with organisations and corporate employers for internship and graduate employment opportunities;
- Team Support
- Coach junior team members on project implementation and daily work; and
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in career services administration, student development, and/or talent acquisition/development;
- Experience in organising recruitment talks, career/marketing events, and/or internship/graduate recruitment programmes;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- Proficiency in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract with fringe benefits including gratuity, leave, medical, and dental schemes.
