About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Associate Commercial Director and providing commercial support on client matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial support on client matters, including contract negotiations and fee proposals.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reporting and analysis on P&L and project financials.
  • Manage budget and forecast processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Perform month-end revenue, expenses, and project margins review, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare supporting documents for SOX compliance, guaranteeing adherence to internal controls and regulations.
  • Conduct performance/revenue/cost analysis, compiling reports for management's review and providing recommendations based on major findings.
  • Ensure all client contractual obligations are met, maximizing net sales generation and client profitability.
  • Support commercial teams' initiatives to enhance workflow efficiencies and accuracy.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on business projects, managing issues and meeting business and finance objectives.
  • Identify and define business needs and problems/issues to develop feasible solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Business/Commerce/Legal/Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
  • Experience in working on or leading projects, with good conceptual knowledge in fee proposal and negotiation, legal contracts review, and tax issues an advantage.
  • Prior experience in Marketing Communication/Media/eCommerce a plus but not necessary.
  • Proven problem solver with energetic and dynamic mindset.
  • Ability to perform multitasks under time pressure, well-organized, and detail-minded.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, multi-tasking skills, and networking capabilities.
  • Good team player, proactive, aggressive, and result-oriented.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
