About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Designer to join our prestigious Landscape team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering landscape projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate landscape design projects, including site analysis, concept development, and detailed design;
  • Collaborate with project directors and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets client expectations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design and quality standards;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design and project delivery processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field;
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant post-professional qualification experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Knowledge of local landscape consultancy firms and industry trends would be an advantage.
