Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Designer to lead our team in leveraging technology in our design work. As a BIM Lead, you will be responsible for managing BIM project data sets and workflows, as well as project setup according to Benoy BIM Execution Plan and BIM Manual standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage BIM project data sets and workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and BIM Manuals for projects.
  • Collaborate with the APAC BIM Manager to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Provide training and support to the landscape team on BIM and parametric systems.
  • Develop and maintain Revit templates and project settings.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data management and extraction.
  • Work closely with the design team to deliver high-quality concept designs and detailed packages.
  • Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in landscape design and BIM management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM software.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong knowledge of tropical and sub-tropical plant materials and experience in Planting Design.
  • Excellent graphics, strong design and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
