Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Designer to join our team at Benoy. As a key member of our landscape team, you will be responsible for leveraging technology to drive design excellence and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality landscape designs and detailed packages using Autodesk Revit.
  • Manage BIM project data sets and workflows, ensuring compliance with Benoy's BIM Execution Plan and BIM Manual standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver BIM-based projects, including coordination with the interior team.
  • Develop and maintain project common data environments (CDEs) with ACC.
  • Provide training and support to the landscape team on BIM and parametric systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscape design and BIM technology.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with experience in setting up projects, defining and updating templates, and configuring BIM data sets.
  • Excellent graphics and design skills, with experience in creating landscape diagrams, layouts, and sections, as well as 3D models.
  • Strong knowledge of tropical and sub-tropical plant materials, with experience in planting design.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
