Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all rewards programs and processes across multiple locations. This includes identifying and responding to the needs of internal stakeholders, reviewing and advising package proposals for senior managers, and managing global job evaluation.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, rewards, and performance management. A proven track record in project management, numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
